Apple Parsnip Mash- for best results, place in microwave proof container. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook until hot, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally OR preheat oven to 350F. Cover pan with foil. Reheat 15-20 minutes.

Hasselback Butternut Squash- Preheat oven to 350F. Cover pan with foil. Reheat 20-30 minutes.
Brussel Sprouts Gratin-Preheat oven to 425F. Cover pan with foil. Reheat 20-30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle bread crumbs over sprouts, return to oven until golden brown & crisp and continue to bake until edges begin to brown, 5-8 minutes.
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin- Preheat oven to 350F. Unwrap pork tenderloin & place in oven proof pan. Brush with maple glaze. Roast for 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Three Cheese Cavatappi-Preheat oven to 350F. Cover pan with foil. Reheat 20-30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle bread crumbs over sprouts, return to oven until golden brown & crisp and continue to bake until edges begin to brown, 5-8 minutes.
